KAT6A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, KAT6A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,012 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KAT6A-associated genes across cancer lineages are TAC1, BBS7, and CD1B. Each is linked with KAT6A in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KAT6A-to-partner and partner-to-KAT6A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TAC1 grouped by KAT6A-low versus KAT6A-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KAT6A→partner) and Y-score (partner→KAT6A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
