KAT2B

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KAT2B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,075 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KAT2B-associated genes across cancer lineages are SKA2, CDKN3, and ICMT. Each is linked with KAT2B in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KAT2B-to-partner and partner-to-KAT2B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SKA2 grouped by KAT2B-low versus KAT2B-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KAT2B→partner) and Y-score (partner→KAT2B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
