KAT2A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KAT2A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,267 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KAT2A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ADNP, CSTF3, and THOC5. Each is linked with KAT2A in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KAT2A-to-partner and partner-to-KAT2A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KAT2A versus ADNP in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KAT2A→partner) and Y-score (partner→KAT2A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
