KAT2A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KAT2A mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 26 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KAT2A-associated genes across cancer lineages are ERK2, Notch1, and ATM. Each is linked with KAT2A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KAT2A-to-partner and partner-to-KAT2A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ERK2 grouped by KAT2A-low versus KAT2A-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KAT2A→partner) and Y-score (partner→KAT2A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
