Across TCGA cell cohorts, KAT2A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,168 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KAT2A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Chiasma assembly, Telomere maintenance, and Positive regulation of transcription of nucleolar large rRNA by RNA polymerase I. Each is linked with KAT2A in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KAT2A-to-partner and partner-to-KAT2A results are reported.
