KAT14

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KAT14 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 42 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KAT14-associated genes across cancer lineages are Mre11, FoxM1, and MSH2. Each is linked with KAT14 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KAT14-to-partner and partner-to-KAT14 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Mre11 grouped by KAT14-low versus KAT14-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KAT14→partner) and Y-score (partner→KAT14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
