KAT14

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, KAT14 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 43 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KAT14-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD1B, F13B, and SIX6. Each is linked with KAT14 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KAT14-to-partner and partner-to-KAT14 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CD1B grouped by KAT14-low versus KAT14-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KAT14→partner) and Y-score (partner→KAT14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
