Across TCGA patient cohorts, KASH5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,051 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible KASH5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Ribosomal large subunit biogenesis, RNA modification, and Positive regulation of cell cycle G2/M phase transition. Each is linked with KASH5 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KASH5-to-partner and partner-to-KASH5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Ribosomal large subunit biogenesis grouped by KASH5-low versus KASH5-high in STAD.
