KASH5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KASH5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,562 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KASH5-associated genes across cancer lineages are CTLA4, RNA5SP408, and RNU6-1094P. Each is linked with KASH5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KASH5-to-partner and partner-to-KASH5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CTLA4 grouped by KASH5-low versus KASH5-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KASH5→partner) and Y-score (partner→KASH5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
