KASH5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KASH5 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KASH5-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATM, Caspase-8, and XBP1. Each is linked with KASH5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KASH5-to-partner and partner-to-KASH5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATM grouped by KASH5-low versus KASH5-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KASH5→partner) and Y-score (partner→KASH5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
