Across TCGA cell cohorts, KASH5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,908 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KASH5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Chromosome localization to nuclear envelope involved in homologous chromosome segregation, Telomere localization, and Cell activation involved in immune response. Each is linked with KASH5 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KASH5-to-partner and partner-to-KASH5 results are reported.
