Across TCGA patient cohorts, KARS1P3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,903 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible KARS1P3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Monosaccharide metabolic process, Negative regulation of apoptotic signaling pathway, and Regulation of endothelial cell migration. Each is linked with KARS1P3 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KARS1P3-to-partner and partner-to-KARS1P3 results are reported.
