KARS1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KARS1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 28 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KARS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are IGFBP2, Fibronectin, and MEK1. Each is linked with KARS1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KARS1-to-partner and partner-to-KARS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IGFBP2 grouped by KARS1-low versus KARS1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KARS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→KARS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
