KARS1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, KARS1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KARS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are DTHD1, GPR101, and BAAT. Each is linked with KARS1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KARS1-to-partner and partner-to-KARS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DTHD1 grouped by KARS1-low versus KARS1-high in LUNG_SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KARS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→KARS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
