KANSL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KANSL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,991 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KANSL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RFC5, NARS1, and ITFG2-AS1. Each is linked with KANSL1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KANSL1-to-partner and partner-to-KANSL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RFC5 grouped by KANSL1-low versus KANSL1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KANSL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→KANSL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
