KANSL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, KANSL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 236 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KANSL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CBLIF, TFDP3, and FBXO40. Each is linked with KANSL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KANSL1-to-partner and partner-to-KANSL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CBLIF grouped by KANSL1-low versus KANSL1-high in OESOPHAGUS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KANSL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→KANSL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
