KANK4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KANK4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,569 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KANK4-associated genes across cancer lineages are RAD51, ALYREF, and GPN3. Each is linked with KANK4 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KANK4-to-partner and partner-to-KANK4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RAD51 grouped by KANK4-low versus KANK4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KANK4→partner) and Y-score (partner→KANK4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
