Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, KANK1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,728 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible KANK1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are KANK1_S881, CDC37L1, and KANK1_S312. Each is linked with KANK1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KANK1-to-partner and partner-to-KANK1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KANK1 versus KANK1_S881 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.85.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KANK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→KANK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
