KANK1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KANK1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 59 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KANK1-associated genes across cancer lineages are 14-3-3_zeta, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and eIF4E. Each is linked with KANK1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KANK1-to-partner and partner-to-KANK1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 14-3-3_zeta grouped by KANK1-low versus KANK1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KANK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→KANK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
