Across TCGA cell cohorts, KANK1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,872 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KANK1-associated genes across cancer lineages are DOCK8, CLN6, and RAB11FIP4. Each is linked with KANK1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KANK1-to-partner and partner-to-KANK1 results are reported.
