Across TCGA cell cohorts, KANK1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,633 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KANK1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cortical microtubule organization, Podocyte cell migration, and Epithelial cell migration. Each is linked with KANK1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KANK1-to-partner and partner-to-KANK1 results are reported.
