Across TCGA patient cohorts, KAAG1 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 1 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KAAG1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD4+ naive T-cells. Each is linked with KAAG1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KAAG1-to-partner and partner-to-KAAG1 results are reported.
