JUP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, JUP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,600 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible JUP-associated genes across cancer lineages are TLE6, NPM3, and SMU1. Each is linked with JUP in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both JUP-to-partner and partner-to-JUP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TLE6 grouped by JUP-low versus JUP-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (JUP→partner) and Y-score (partner→JUP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
