JUP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, JUP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 22 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible JUP-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRSS58, OR2A4, and OR5B21. Each is linked with JUP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both JUP-to-partner and partner-to-JUP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRSS58 grouped by JUP-low versus JUP-high in PANCREAS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (JUP→partner) and Y-score (partner→JUP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
