Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, JTB Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated JTB data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher JTB Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated JTB expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
ACC and PRAD are the cancer types where JTB Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
