JTB

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, JTB protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,414 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible JTB-associated genes across cancer lineages are JUNB, RAB33A, and TMED7. Each is linked with JTB in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both JTB-to-partner and partner-to-JTB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, JTB versus JUNB in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.32.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (JTB→partner) and Y-score (partner→JTB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
