JTB

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, JTB mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 40 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible JTB-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR652, RNU6-225P, and CCDC103. Each is linked with JTB in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both JTB-to-partner and partner-to-JTB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR652 grouped by JTB-low versus JTB-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (JTB→partner) and Y-score (partner→JTB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
