Across TCGA patient cohorts, JPT2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 404 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible JPT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-650P, RNU6-484P, and RRM1-AS1. Each is linked with JPT2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both JPT2-to-partner and partner-to-JPT2 results are reported.
