Across TCGA patient cohorts, JPT1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible JPT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are IGFBP2, MEK1, and Myosin-IIa_pS1943. Each is linked with JPT1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both JPT1-to-partner and partner-to-JPT1 results are reported.
