JPH3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, JPH3 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 2,365 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible JPH3-associated genes across cancer lineages are BAZ2A, PCDH9, and SGO2. Each is linked with JPH3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both JPH3-to-partner and partner-to-JPH3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BAZ2A grouped by JPH3-low versus JPH3-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (JPH3→partner) and Y-score (partner→JPH3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
