JPH2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, JPH2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,263 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible JPH2-associated genes across cancer lineages are POLR3G, POMPP1, and SHLD3. Each is linked with JPH2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both JPH2-to-partner and partner-to-JPH2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, POLR3G grouped by JPH2-low versus JPH2-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (JPH2→partner) and Y-score (partner→JPH2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
