Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, JPH2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 24 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible JPH2-associated genes across cancer lineages are N-Ras, TIGAR, and 4E-BP1. Each is linked with JPH2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both JPH2-to-partner and partner-to-JPH2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, N-Ras grouped by JPH2-low versus JPH2-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (JPH2→partner) and Y-score (partner→JPH2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
