JPH2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, JPH2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 791 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible JPH2-associated genes across cancer lineages are GIMD1, ZC3H10, and SLCO1C1. Each is linked with JPH2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both JPH2-to-partner and partner-to-JPH2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GIMD1 grouped by JPH2-low versus JPH2-high in LUNG_SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (JPH2→partner) and Y-score (partner→JPH2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
