Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, JPH1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 21,502 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible JPH1-associated genes across cancer lineages are NRAP, NCDN, and BOLA3-AS1. Each is linked with JPH1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both JPH1-to-partner and partner-to-JPH1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, JPH1 versus NRAP in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.68.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (JPH1→partner) and Y-score (partner→JPH1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
