Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, JPH1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,681 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible JPH1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PTMAP9, CCDC86, and PIP4P1. Each is linked with JPH1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both JPH1-to-partner and partner-to-JPH1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PTMAP9 grouped by JPH1-low versus JPH1-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (JPH1→partner) and Y-score (partner→JPH1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
