Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, JPH1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 34 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible JPH1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TNMD, GPX6, and RP1. Each is linked with JPH1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both JPH1-to-partner and partner-to-JPH1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TNMD grouped by JPH1-low versus JPH1-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (JPH1→partner) and Y-score (partner→JPH1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
