JOSD1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, JOSD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,452 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible JOSD1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TTLL12, ANKRD54, and MICAL3_S1371. Each is linked with JOSD1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both JOSD1-to-partner and partner-to-JOSD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, JOSD1 versus TTLL12 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (JOSD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→JOSD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
