JOSD1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, JOSD1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,384 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible JOSD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAP3K8, IRAG2, and SMUG1. Each is linked with JOSD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both JOSD1-to-partner and partner-to-JOSD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, JOSD1 versus MAP3K8 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (JOSD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→JOSD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
