Across TCGA patient cohorts, JOSD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,546 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible JOSD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL288P, RNA5SP447, and RNU6-597P. Each is linked with JOSD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both JOSD1-to-partner and partner-to-JOSD1 results are reported.
