Across TCGA cell cohorts, JOSD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,944 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible JOSD1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Nuclear migration along microtubule, Regulation of protein-containing complex disassembly, and Negative regulation of autophagy. Each is linked with JOSD1 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both JOSD1-to-partner and partner-to-JOSD1 results are reported.
