Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, JMJD6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 13,115 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible JMJD6-associated genes across cancer lineages are TP53, OBSCN, and GTF3C1. Each is linked with JMJD6 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both JMJD6-to-partner and partner-to-JMJD6 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TP53 grouped by JMJD6-low versus JMJD6-high in SARC.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (JMJD6→partner) and Y-score (partner→JMJD6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
