Across TCGA patient cohorts, JMJD4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 28 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible JMJD4-associated genes across cancer lineages are JNK2, Annexin-1, and Caspase-7-cleavedD198. Each is linked with JMJD4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both JMJD4-to-partner and partner-to-JMJD4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, JNK2 grouped by JMJD4-low versus JMJD4-high in UCEC.
