JMJD1C

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, JMJD1C RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 21,131 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible JMJD1C-associated genes across cancer lineages are DMXL1, OXSR1, and KDM2A. Each is linked with JMJD1C in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both JMJD1C-to-partner and partner-to-JMJD1C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, JMJD1C versus DMXL1 in UVM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.94.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (JMJD1C→partner) and Y-score (partner→JMJD1C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
