JMJD1C

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, JMJD1C mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 57 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible JMJD1C-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDK1, 4E-BP1, and C-Raf_pS338. Each is linked with JMJD1C in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both JMJD1C-to-partner and partner-to-JMJD1C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CDK1 grouped by JMJD1C-low versus JMJD1C-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (JMJD1C→partner) and Y-score (partner→JMJD1C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
