JMJD1C

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, JMJD1C mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,264 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible JMJD1C-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRMU, ADNP2, and B3GNT4. Each is linked with JMJD1C in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both JMJD1C-to-partner and partner-to-JMJD1C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRMU grouped by JMJD1C-low versus JMJD1C-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (JMJD1C→partner) and Y-score (partner→JMJD1C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
