Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, JMJD1C-AS1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 21 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated JMJD1C-AS1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher JMJD1C-AS1 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated JMJD1C-AS1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LGG and LUAD show a favorable association.

ACC, KIRP, and UVM are the cancer types where JMJD1C-AS1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
