JHY

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, JHY RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,043 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible JHY-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CAVIN3, DDX21_S89, and ECT2_T359. Each is linked with JHY in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both JHY-to-partner and partner-to-JHY results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, JHY versus CAVIN3 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (JHY→partner) and Y-score (partner→JHY) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
