Across TCGA patient cohorts, JHY protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 27 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible JHY-associated genes across cancer lineages are TMSB4Y, YWHAQP4, and RNU6-1078P. Each is linked with JHY in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both JHY-to-partner and partner-to-JHY results are reported.
