Across TCGA patient cohorts, JHY mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 53 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible JHY-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caveolin-1, FoxM1, and Cyclin-E2. Each is linked with JHY in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both JHY-to-partner and partner-to-JHY results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Caveolin-1 grouped by JHY-low versus JHY-high in SKCM.
