Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, JHY RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,865 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible JHY-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNX19, MSANTD2, and RDX. Each is linked with JHY in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both JHY-to-partner and partner-to-JHY results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, JHY versus SNX19 in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (JHY→partner) and Y-score (partner→JHY) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
